EX Utah Development (Extell) is developing Park City, Utah’s newest destination ski resort, Mayflower Mountain Resort. This four-season resort will offer 4100 acres of pristine ski terrain, 50+ miles of hiking and biking trails, a vibrant Village that includes up to 9 hotels and 1800 residential units, and so much more. Extell’s first hotel, currently referred to as the MWR Conference Hotel – also know at the Extell Grand Hyatt at Mayflower Mountain Resort, is well underway and will be topping out this summer.
