Deer Valley Lodging Program – Presentation
Hi everyone, my name is Jennifer. I work with Deer Valley in our lodging and sales division. I’ve already learned a lot from the presentations today, and I’m sure you all know we’re on the verge of a historic expansion. I’ve been visiting Deer Valley for years, and I’m truly excited to be here.
I already work with some of the agents in this room, and we’re so grateful for your support. We’re also thrilled to be partnering with Extell, the Grand Hyatt, and the East Village developments. Thank you to everyone for having us here today.
Who We Are
As most of you know, Deer Valley operates one of the preeminent ski resorts in the country. What many people don’t realize is that we also operate the largest short-term rental management company in this area.
During my time today, I’ll give a quick overview of our lodging program and share some exciting new initiatives we’re rolling out this year. And to keep things fun, at the end I’ll ask a few questions and hand out some Deer Valley “legacy beanies” to those who answer correctly — so pay attention!
Deer Valley’s lodging department has been in business for over 16 years, and we’ve quietly grown to become the largest short-term rental manager in the market. We currently:

Manage close to 500 units

Oversee 14 HOAs

Have a presence in more than 40 buildings from Empire Pass to Snow Park

Are actively building a new footprint in the East Village area
In just the last three years, we’ve expanded our portfolio by over 20%, and we’re always looking to add properties that appeal to our very discerning guests.

This means the same team is consistently servicing each home, getting to know the property, the owners, and the HOA community. We also provide a linen package and high-end amenities (in partnership with brands like Lather New York, etc.).
Our team is constantly working to elevate the lodging experience and bring the unique Deer Valley difference to life, not just on the slopes, but in the homes and condos where our guests stay.

All of these programs are included in our management structure. We don’t charge surprise marketing or distribution fees. You can be completely transparent with your clients about the cost structure.
New Programs for Owners
Now for the part I’m most excited about: two new programs launching this year.
1. Deer Valley Home
Because we’re part of Alterra Mountain Company, we can tap into deeply discounted purchasing power on:

We’re rolling out Deer Valley Home in the next month. This will give our owners access to these discounted prices when they’re:

2. Deer Valley Passport
I’m personally overseeing our new Deer Valley Passport program. This will be a seasonal collection of curated, exclusive experiences for owners, such as:
