Deer Valley East Village represents the next evolution of luxury mountain living at the world-renowned Deer Valley Resort. As part of Deer Valley’s record-breaking expansion, this new alpine destination will add over 3,700 acres of skiable terrain—making it the most significant resort development since Deer Valley’s original debut in 1981.

The East Village will feature a mix of luxury residences, branded hotels, fine dining, shopping, and year-round recreation—all connected by world-class ski terrain and modern mountain design. Portions of the area are already open, with continued buildout and enhancements planned in phases over the coming years.

Deer Valley Resort has been named the Best Ski Resort in the United States by the World Ski Awards for 11 consecutive years. Its “Expanded Excellence” project enhances existing ski terrain while introducing a brand-new gateway—East Village, formerly known as Mayflower Mountain.

The full master plan includes:

The East Village will also feature one of the most advanced snowmaking systems in North America, designed by Snowmatic for optimal coverage and consistency.

East Village Communities & Neighborhoods

The Deer Valley East Village reimagines the modern mountain resort community—combining world-class design, luxury lodging, and private residences in an interconnected alpine village. The master plan includes 1,560 private residences, a collection of luxury hotels, and multiple residential neighborhoods designed for both ownership and hospitality.

Key Communities Include:

• Grand Hyatt Deer Valley – Now open, featuring 55 luxury condominiums (1–4 bedrooms) and 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

• Marcella Club – The premier private ski and golf community of East Village, featuring custom homesites surrounding a Tiger Woods–designed golf course and exclusive ski access.

• Velvaere Wellness Community – A holistic neighborhood focused on wellness, with features like cryotherapy, flotation pools, and fitness and nutrition programming.

• Cormont Deer Valley – A five-tower luxury condominium complex located in the heart of East Village, offering fine dining, private lounges, and direct ski-in/ski-out residences.
