The Prospector neighborhood is a very friendly smaller community known for convenience. Victorian-style architecture with mature trees give this neighborhood a cozy feel year round.   Many families local to Park City look to Prospector for its ease of access to McPolin elementary, the junior high and high-school, as well as to the neighborhood park, with its pond and playground.   The Rail Trail and the Aerie trail system are right out your back door or a couple streets over, as well as neighborhood restaurants, offices, shops and health club.   The free transit bus system has several pick-up locations and Main Street is a 10 minute bike ride away.  Homes in Prospector include single-family residences, duplexes and a few condo developments.
