The Deer Crest at Deer Valley Resort neighborhood was created to provide a world-class residential ski experience within the best ski resort in North America by Ski Magazine. Deer Crest was ideally designed with 60% of ‘open space’ and sweeping views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Unitah Mountains and the Jordanelle Reservoir, Hideout Canyon, the Tuyhaye Golf Club, Deer Mountain, and Victory Ranch. Deer Crest at Deer Valley has a masterplan has approximately 125 homesites, whereas around 80 homes have been built. It can be accessed from either lower Deer Valley or from the I-40 Mayflower exit or just around the corner from the St Regis Deer Valley and the west side gate. This exclusive neighborhood has generally larger luxury homes and condos closer to the base near the Deer Crest Gondola and along the Jordanelle Ski Run at Deer Valley. Also within the Deer Crest community thats more view centric (less ski access) is Snow Top. Home to the St. Regis Deer Valley and the Ski Magazine Dream Home, Deer Crest offers the only private ski trails at the Deer Valley Resort. All of the private trails have snowmaking and are groomed, providing immediate access to the Deer Crest Gondola. When living in the Deer Crest Community you are typically just 5 minutes from the arts, dining, nightlife and shopping of Park City.
